Vectro Apron uses computer vision to monitor aircraft turnaround activities on the apron in real time — detecting ground service equipment positioning, fueling operations, door events, and pushback readiness without requiring manual input from ramp staff. Vectro Gauge connects to IoT sensors monitoring fluid levels across glycol tanks, fuel reserves, and de-icing stores, triggering automated alerts before critical resources run low. These capabilities bring a new layer of physical-world awareness to airport operations that no paper-based or manually entered system can match.
Real-Time Data Fabric
At the heart of Vectro is a real-time data fabric that connects every module, every feed, and every event into a single operational picture. Flight schedule data from airline departure control systems flows into Vectro Boards for live FIDS displays, into Vectro Allocate for gate planning, and into Vectro Command for situational awareness — simultaneously and automatically. Vectro Watch monitors this data fabric for conditions that warrant alerting, ensuring operations teams are notified the moment something requires attention.
Security & Compliance Architecture
Vectro is built for the security requirements of critical infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256. Each airport Customer operates within a fully isolated tenant environment — no data is shared between Customer deployments. Role-based access control (RBAC) is enforced across every module, and all user actions are logged in immutable audit trails. Multi-factor authentication is required for all administrative access. TechHouseCa operates in accordance with Canada's PIPEDA and BC PIPA, and maintains a formal vulnerability disclosure program.
