Security at Vectro

How TechHouseCa protects the Vectro Platform, Customer data, and operational environments through encryption, access controls, and rigorous security practices.

Last Reviewed: January 1, 2026 · TechHouseCa Inc. · Kelowna, BC, Canada

Encryption

All data transmitted between clients and Vectro Platform services is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest — including databases, backups, and file storage — is encrypted using AES-256 or equivalent standards.

Authentication & MFA

Vectro Platform applications support and require strong password policies. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is available across Platform applications and is mandatory for all TechHouseCa personnel with production system access.

Role-Based Access Control

Access to Vectro Platform features, data, and administrative functions is governed by configurable role-based access control (RBAC). Users are granted only the permissions necessary for their role, enforcing least-privilege access.

Audit Logging

All significant actions within the Vectro Platform — including logins, data access, configuration changes, and administrative operations — are recorded in tamper-evident audit logs. Logs are retained for security review and compliance purposes.

Infrastructure Security

Vectro Platform infrastructure is hosted on leading cloud providers (AWS and/or Azure) in Canadian and North American data centres. Network segmentation, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems are in place. Production environments are isolated from development and staging environments.

Vulnerability Management

TechHouseCa conducts periodic security reviews, dependency audits, and applies security patches in a timely manner. We monitor for known vulnerabilities in all system dependencies and infrastructure components.

Security Overview

At TechHouseCa Inc., security is foundational to the Vectro Airport Operating System. Airports handle safety-critical operations, sensitive passenger data, and regulated airside environments. We take the security of the Vectro Platform — and the trust that Customers place in us — seriously.

This page summarizes TechHouseCa's key security practices and commitments. For Customers requiring detailed security documentation, data processing agreements, or a security questionnaire, please contact us at info@techhouseca.com.

Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

The Vectro Platform is designed as a multi-tenant system. Each Customer's operational data is logically isolated within a dedicated tenant environment.

TechHouseCa enforces strict technical and organizational controls to ensure that one Customer's data cannot be accessed by, or commingled with, another Customer's data.

Customer data is never used to train machine learning models or shared with other Customers under any circumstances.

Personnel Security

All TechHouseCa employees and contractors who have access to production systems or Customer data are subject to background screening appropriate to their role.

Access to Customer environments by TechHouseCa personnel is strictly limited to what is necessary for support and maintenance purposes, and is subject to approval, logging, and review.

TechHouseCa personnel complete security awareness training and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Incident Response

TechHouseCa maintains a documented incident response process. In the event of a confirmed security incident affecting Customer data, TechHouseCa will notify affected Customers in accordance with the applicable service agreement and applicable legal requirements.

We commit to timely notification and transparent communication in the event of any material security incident.

If you believe you have experienced a security incident related to a Vectro Platform deployment, please contact us immediately at info@techhouseca.com with the subject line 'Security Incident.'

Responsible Disclosure

TechHouseCa welcomes responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities from security researchers and the broader community.

If you have discovered a potential security vulnerability in any Vectro property or Platform application, please report it to us privately before public disclosure:

Email: info@techhouseca.com

Subject line: 'Responsible Disclosure — Security Vulnerability'

Please include a clear description of the vulnerability, the affected component(s), steps to reproduce, and your assessment of potential impact.

We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 business days and work to investigate and remediate confirmed vulnerabilities in a timely manner. We will keep you informed of our progress and credit researchers who report valid vulnerabilities, where requested.

We ask that you: (a) not exploit or access data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability; (b) not perform testing that could impact the availability or integrity of the Platform; and (c) not publicly disclose details of the vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.
